You can add other products until you have ordered all items you need. Check the cart to make sure you have not missed any products by clicking on “VIEW CART”. Apply coupons if you have any and it is applicable. Click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. You can log in to your account to save time in entering information (provided you have an account, click HERE to become a member if you are not a member yet). Otherwise, enter billing and shipping information, payment information, and place the order by clicking on “PLACE ORDER”. Make a note of order details along with the order number for tracking.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is ready for shipping or pick-up, you will be sent another email notifying you of the status.

No, you can make a purchase as a visitor. But you won’t have access to order history or status, along with special promotions, discounts, and coupons.

When you purchase online, it is possible to indicate a third party for in-store pick-up OR receiving the order at the shipping address. This person must be 16 years old or older. The authorized person must have a copy of the confirmation email as well as a piece of government-issued photo ID, a signature will be required upon delivery.

You must indicate the order number you wish to cancel. If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel or modify it. Once you have received your order, you can request a refund with Customer Service.

You can use a Mastercard, Visa, Debit Card, Email Transfer, and Cash on delivery to pay for your purchases online by entering the cardholder’s name and address on the account statement when you make your purchase for cards OR select other payment methods and follow the instructions.

Yes, an invoice will be emailed to you after you placed an order.

No, your official sales receipt will be emailed to you when you complete the transaction online OR at the time when the items are delivered. You can have access to all your orders online if you are a member.

Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card OR other methods of payment you selected. In the case of using a card, the payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
